Terms of use

The short version: SeniorPaw is a diary for your older dog or cat. It helps you keep track and talk to your vet, but it isn't a vet. Premium is a subscription you can cancel at any time.

Using SeniorPaw

You may use SeniorPaw on phones you own or control, for your own pets and the pets you look after. Please don't copy or resell the app, and don't try to break it or misuse the sharing service.

Not veterinary advice

• SeniorPaw records what you log and can sum it up. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Summaries written by your phone's AI can be wrong.
• Reminders help you remember. They don't replace your vet's instructions. A phone can hold back or delay reminders (for example to save battery), so don't rely on them alone for a dose that must not be missed.
• If your pet is unwell, or it's an emergency, contact a vet straight away.

Your data

What you log is yours. It stays on your phone unless you share a pet; our privacy policy explains what happens then. Keep your phone's backup turned on: if you lose your phone or delete the app, we can't bring back pets you didn't share. You can save a copy at any time: Settings → Export all data.

Sharing a pet

Only invite people you trust. Everyone sharing a pet can see that pet's records and photos and add to them. Only add photos and notes you're happy for them to see. The owner can stop sharing at any time.

SeniorPaw Premium

• The free plan includes one pet and the last 30 days of history. Premium adds more pets, full history, unlimited vet reports and highlights, and sharing a pet.
• Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before you buy, and payment is taken by your App Store or Google Play account.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
• Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or in SeniorPaw: Settings → Manage subscription. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
• If Premium ends, nothing you logged is deleted. Older days are kept and show again if you start Premium again.

If you got SeniorPaw from the App Store

Apple's standard licence agreement applies to your copy, and these terms add to it.

Changes

We may improve SeniorPaw, and change or stop features. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. You can stop using SeniorPaw at any time by deleting it (and cancelling Premium if you have it).

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep SeniorPaw reliable, but it's provided as it is. As far as the law allows, E Tech Studio isn't responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions about your pet's care. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
