Delete your data
SeniorPaw, by E Tech Studio.
Most of what you log in SeniorPaw is stored only on your phone, so deleting it there removes it completely. If you shared a pet, a copy is also kept in the cloud, and you can delete that too.
In the app (fastest)
- Open SeniorPaw and tap the ••• button at the top of the home screen to open Settings.
- Tap Delete my cloud data to delete your anonymous cloud ID and every pet you shared from the cloud. Pets you shared stay on your phone; pets others shared with you leave your phone.
- Or tap Delete all data to delete everything on this phone and in the cloud.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email engteck01@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my SeniorPaw data". Tell us the name of the shared pet and the name you used when sharing, so we can find the right records. We'll delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous cloud ID.
- Pets you shared: their records (check-ins, doses, episodes, weights, breathing, visits, moments, stickers) and photos, for everyone they were shared with.
- Your membership of pets other people shared with you.
Nothing is kept afterwards, except what the law requires. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies; to cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
